Keto Chili

This is a really simple and satisfying keto chili recipe. With that dash of cinnamon to accentuate the spices, you won’t even miss the beans! To add even more flavor at the end – sour cream, avocado slices, green onions, cilantro, hot sauce, or bacon crumbles all make great toppings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 24 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop produce and garlic
  • In a pot add olive oil, onions, and garlic, and saute over medium heat
  • Add bell peppers, chicken broth, salt, and spices
  • Add tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes
  • Serve with sour cream, avocado, cilantro, and/or green onions
