Sautéed Broccolini

Course Side Dish

Ingredients
  

  • 3 stalks broccolini
  • 1 tbsp kerrygold unsalted butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Rinse broccolinis in strainer
  • Trim and remove tough stems from broccolinis
  • Add butter to pan
  • Add broccolinis to pan
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  • Cook and stir for around 5 minutes or until they start to brown

Notes

Carbs : 6 grams per serving (4 stalks)
